Influence of FgSvf1 on intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Four-day-old cultures of GZ3639, ΔFgSvf1, FgSvf1-OE, and FgSvf1-C were cultivated on PDA for 7 days at 25°C. Mycelia were harvested and used to detect intracellular ROS by an ROS kit and fluorescence measurements. DCF, 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein. Values with different letters are significantly different according to the Tukey’s test (P < 0.05) in the program R. The intracellular ROS concentration of each strain was normalized to the DNA content in each strain.
